AUTHORIZING CIlY OFFICIALS TO BEGIN ACTION FOR
THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Muskego to acquire
two drainage easements to help facilitate storm water flow,
and
WHEREAS, these two easements are identified as follows:
(1) Through the Anthony Beringer property in the
area of the south leg of Lochcrest Drive
(2) Along the north lot line of the Guyle Hetzel
property in Clenbrook Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the Mayor and City Attorney be authorized to negotiate for
the necessary easements and in the event that negotiation
fails to take what other steps are available to the city
to acquire the easements,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muslcego does hereby authorize the Mayor and City
Attorney to negotiate with the property owners involved
for a storm water drainage easement located on the
following properties:
(1) Through the Anthony Beringer property in the
area of the south leg of Lochcrest Drive
(2) Along the north lot line of the Guyle Hetzel
property in Glenbrook Subdivision
