AGREEING TO THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN
DISCHARGE PERMITS NO.'S WI-0021164 AND WI-0021750
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council of the
City of Muskego, Wisconsin, to submit an application for
Federal grant-in-aid funds under 40 CFR Part 35 to the Un
States Environmental Protection Agency.

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been issued WPDES
discharge permits No. WI-0021164 and No. WI-0021750, dated
July, 1974 for the existing Wastewater Treatment Facilities
located in the City of Muskego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
will abide by the conditions set forth in said discharge permits.
