AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL GRANT-IN-AID
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY INTERCEPTOR SEKR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, is planning the construction of a sanitary interceptor
sewer to eliminate the two existing wastewater treatment
facilities in the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council to submit
an application for Federal grant-in-aid funds under 40 CFR
Part 35 to the United Sates Environmental Protection Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RISOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign and submit the application forms necessary
to request such Federal funds.
