CCR1976134KESOLUTION #134-76 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF LAKE LORE ESTATES WHEKEAS, the final plat of Lake Lore Estates Subdivision located on McShane Road has received approval from the City Plan Commission, and WHEREAS, that recommendation for Council approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. That the name of Shore Drive be changed to a name that is not similar to an existing street name in the City of Muskego. 2. That the area designated Outlot 1 - dedicated to the public for public use shall be amended to indicate Outlot 1 - a recreational area for use in the planned unit development. and WHEREAS, the city's engineers and Public Works Committee have reviewed the engineering data for wells, streets, sewers and storm water but have not given their final approval, THEREFOKE, BE IT RESOLVED that the final plat of Lake Lore Estates Subdivision is hereby approved by the Common Council subject to the following conditions: 1. That the name of Shore Drive be changed to a name that is not similar to an existing street name in the City of Muskego. public for public use shall be amended to indicate Outlot 1 - a recreational area for use in the planned unit development. 2.
