REQUESTING THE STATE TO CREATE "NO PARKING"
ZONES ON JANESVILLE ROAD BETWEEN LANNON DR. & PARKLAND DR.
IN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, there presently exists passing and turning lanes
on the north and south side of S.T.H. 24 from Lannon Dr.
to Parkland Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has advised the Public Safety
Committee that, in his opinion, "No Parking" zones are
needed in this area, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended to
the Common Council they adopt a resolution urging the
Wisconsin Department of Transportation to create the
necessary "No Parking" zones on the north and south side
of S.T.H. 24 from Lannon Drive east to Parkland Drive.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Safety Committee, does hereby request that the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation create "NO Parking" zones
on the north and south side of S.T.H. 24 from Lannon Drive
east to Parkland Drive.
