APPROVING RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR
CARL WAlER
WHEREAS, the City of Muslcego has received a request for the renewal
of the Conditional Use Grant 821) helcl IJY Carl Wauer for the purpose
of mining and processing sand and gravel, and
WHEREAS, this request is for a 9.874 acre parcel and the City of
Muskego has previously approved the mining and processing oE sand
and gravel on approximately 58 acres, and
WHEREAS, all but this 9.874 acre parcel is now included in an agree-
ment between the City of Muslcego and the Wauer Landfill Permit, and
WHEREAS, this 9.874 acre parcel presently covered by this Conditional
Use Grant will be included eventua1l.y in the landfill restoration.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council oE the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of che renewal of the extractive permit
under Conditional Use Grant 1/20 to permit continued mining and pro-
cessing of sand and gravel for the period June 1, 1976 to June 1, 1977
