ACCEPTANCE OF ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
IN HI-Y RANCHES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the city has been requested to accept as a
public right-of-way that portion of road running
northerly from Williams Drive to the former nike
site, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee, upon the
recommendation of Superintendent of Public Works,
Willard Bertram, has recommended that the Common
Council accept the road,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego does hereby declare its
intent to accept as a public right-of-way
that portion of road running northerly from Williams
Drive to the former nike site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is
directed to initiate whatever actions are necessary
for the city to accept the right-of-way as a public
road. n
