WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the Mayor to appoint
members to the Library Board, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Loretta Steingraeber has resigned her
position on the Library Board, and
WIEREAS, the te1n1s of 3ecty Teisl and Charmian Buhrandt
have expired,
