, APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Fred Graves)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Fred Graves property on Hillendale Drive Section 7, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the certified survey map to finalize a one parcel division
of said property,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of a one parcel division of the Fred Graves property on
Hillendale Drive Section 7.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
