APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Glen Riess)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Glen Riess property on Janesville Road in Section 9, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the certified survey map to finalize a one parcel division
of said property,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
of a one parcel division of the Glen Riess property on Janesville
Road, in Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
