AUTHORIZING REFUND TO G.ILBERT SPIELER
FOR SEWER ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has advised the Finance Committee
that Mr. Gilbert M. Spieler, W180 S6651 Muskego Drive, has
been inadvertantly over-assessed $275.21 for sewers for
the year 1975, and
WHEREAS, the over-assessment has now been charged to the
correct property owner and it is necessary to reimburse
Mr. Spieler for his overpayment,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk to reimburse
Mr. Gilbert Spieler, W180 S6651 Muskego Drive, the amount
of $275.21 for overpayment of sewer assessment installment
for the Year 1975.
