DENIAL OF CLAIM

BE IT RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the
City's insurance carrier and the Finance Committee, the
claim of Richard Foster for damage to his car as a result
of a hole in the road on Martin Drive between Topaz Drive
and Jewel Crest Drive, in the amount of $65.89, is hereby
denied.
