DENYING THE APPLICATION OF THE
MUSKEG0 VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY
TO REZONE CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the
City Plan Commission to deny the petition of The Muskego
Volunteer Fire Company, dated April 6, 1976, to rezone a
certain parcel of land on the NE comer of Lembezeder
Drive and Hillendale Drive in Section 5 of the City of
Muskego from RS2 to RS2 with an OIP overlay (Institutional
and Public Service).
