HONORING MUSKEGO'S AFS STUDENT - REBECCA FUCHS

i)
WHEREAS, for the past seven years many local citizens have
given generously of their time and efforts to maintain the Amer-
ican Field Service Program in Muskego, and
WHEREAS, it is the aim of the AFS Program to promote under-
standing, friendship and knowledge between the people of the
world by arranging an interchange of students between the United
States and other countries, and
WHEREAS, for the past year Muskego has been privileged to
have as their AFS student Miss Rebecca Fuchs from the country
of Switzerland and
WHEREAS, Rebecca has exemplified the purpose of the AFS
Program during her visit in Muskego, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby honor Miss Rebecca Fuchs as Muskego's
seventh AFS student and extends to her an invitation to return
to our city some day in the future.
BE IT FTJRTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall
be sent to Confederation President, Pierre Graber of Switzerland.
