APPROVAL OF CERTIFlEU SURVEY MAP TO REPLAT
EXISTING LOTS
WHEREAS, a certified survey map to replat two existing lots
has been submitted to the Common Council by Harvey and
Doris Cox, said property located in the SE 1/4 of the SE l/4
of Section 5,
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of said certfied survey map so that this division may be
finalized,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve said division.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject
to the approval of the City Engineer.
