APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Fahning - Schmidt)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Florence Fahning, Elmer and William Schmidt property on
Tess Corners Drive in Section 1, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the certified survey map to finalize a one parcel division
of said property,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
of a one parcel division of the Florence Fahning, Elmer and
William Schmidt property on Tess Comers Drive in Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
