RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SPEED REGULATIONS ON
MUSKEGO--WIND LAKE CHANNEL
WHEREAS, tfe Muskego-Wind Lake Channel is within the
jursidiction of both the City of Muskego and the Town of Norway,
and,
WHEREAS, state statute requires jurisdictions to enact
similar regulations in order for said regulations to be effective,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that boat traffic on Muskego-
Wind Lake Channel shall proceed at the slowest possible speed so
as to maintain steerage. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a "Slow--'No Wake"' sign
be posted upon the entrance to said channel as provided by law.
