AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF GIFT OF BARN TO CITY
WHEREAS, the Bicentennial Committee has been offered an
old barn of historic value which offer it wishes to
accept, and
WHEREAS, the city can obtain the barn by moving and
relocating it at its own risk and at no risk to the
owner,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the acceptance
of the James Kohne barn as a gift to the city upon the
condition that the removal and relocation be at no risk
to the owner and at the city's own risk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be
authorized to execute the necessary agreement and
other documents in connection therewith.
