CORRECTING ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENT
(Frank Switala)
WHEREAS, the City Assessor has advised the City Clerk
that an error was made in the 1975 assessment of Mr.
Frank Switala on Property Tax Key $12217,948, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that a refund in
the amount of $180.50 for overpayment of real estate
taxes for 1975 be made to Mr. Switala,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of
the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize a
refund in the amount of $180.50 to Mr. Frank Switala
to cover overpayment of taxes as a result of an error
in his assessment, -
