AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION
TO WATER PATROLMEN
WHEREAS, it has been determined the city's insurance programs
cannot be used to protect its water patrolmen from liability
or damage to their boat and motor, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for each water patrolmen to provide
his own insurance for the necessary coverage, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
Common Council pay each water patrolman the sum of $100.00
to cover a portion of their cost in acquiring the necessary
insurance,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recomnendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby agree to provide each water patrolman
with an additional $100.00 to help offset a portion of the
cost of needed additional insurance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment shall not be made until
proof of insurance coverage is submitted to the city. 7.2 ~
