DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
LAKEWOOD VILLAGE
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Lakewood Village. in
the Town of Vernon has been submitted to the city,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comission, upon the recommendation
of the planning consultant, has denied the preliminary
plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Comission, does hereby deny the preliminary
plat of Lakewood Village in the Town of Vernon for
the following reasons :
1. Inadequate drainage
2. Unres.olved objections by the Waukesha County
Park and Planning Commission and the Town of
Vernon.
3. No further extensi0.n of time has been
requested.
