SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING
IN SECTION 26

WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a petition from
Mr. Scott Krause to rezone approximately 12 acres of
land in Section 26 from Agriculture to RCE with an Overlay
forplanned Unit Development, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed the develop-
ment and recommended approval subject to the following
conditions:
1. That pedestrian access to the open space be
provided.
2. That the length of the cul-de-sac be reduced
to permit redesigning and enlargement of the
lots where practical, and
3. That the southern boundaries of the development
be straightened where possible.
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Common Council to hold
a public hearing regarding this request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby set the date of June 8,
1976, 7:15 P.M., for the public hearing on the request
by Scott Krause to rezone approximately 12 acres of land
in Section 26 from Agriculture to RCE with an Overlay
for Planned
