SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING
IN SECTION 5
(Muskego Volunteer Fire Department
Sub-station)
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the Common Council
from the Muskego Volunteer Fire Department to rezone a
parcel of land in Section 5 from RS2 to RS2 with an OIP
Overlay for the purpose of constructing a fire department
sub-station, and
WHEREAS, it is necesssary to hold a public hearing regarding
any proposed rezoning,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby set May 25, 1976, 7:15 P.M., as the
public hearing date for the rezoning of a parcel of land on
the northeast corner of Hillendale Drive and Lembezeder Drive
in Section 5 from RS2 to RS2 with an OIP Overlay for the
purpose of constructing a fire department sub-station.
BE IT FVRTHER RESOLVED that the $25.00 rezoning fee is
hereby waived.
