ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR PHOSPHATE REMOVAL EQUIPMENT
AT NORTHWEST TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the Cmon Council had authorized the city's
consulting engineers to advertise for bids for phosphate
removal equipment to be installed at the northwest
treatment plant, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Brenner Corporation $34,741.00
Fritz Plumbing 26,993.00
E. D. Wesley Co. 18,580.00
Illingworth Corporation 17,962.00
Frahm Construction Co. 18,481.00
and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
the low bid of Illingworth Corporation in the amount
of $17,962.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Sewer Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of
the Illingworth Corporation in the amount of $17,962.00
for the insqllation of phosphate removal equipment at
the northwest treatment plant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary contract in the name of the city.
