AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF $1,000.00 FOR
"OLD MUSKEG0 SETTLEMENT CENTER" PARK
WHEREAS, the Bicentennial Committee is planning a development
of "Old Muskego Settlement Center", and have requested that
in addition to the funds already coonnitted that the city
provide for an additional amount up to $4,160.48, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to encourage the completion
of' the "Old Muskego Settlement Center", and
WHEREAS, funds may be available on a matching basis from the
federal government, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that funds be
provided, as needed, to the Bicentennial Committee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Cmittee,
does hereby authorize the expenditure of $1,000.00 for the
purpose of continuing the development of "Old Muskego Settle-
ment Center" by the Bicentennial Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $1,000.00 be transferred
from Account 8602.049, Contingency Fund, to Account #501.016,
Conferences and Special Events.
