DENIAL OF CLAIM
(K. Larsen)
WHEREAS, the Law Firm of Schmer 'and 'Sdhwemer has filed a
claim in behalf of Mr. Kenneth A. Larsen in the amount of
$930.00 due him as a result of the installation of culverts
in front of his home, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended denial of
the claim,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby deny the claim of Kenneth A. Larsen,
S65 W13234 Longfellow Lane, in the amount of $930.00.
