ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE
CITY-OWNED LOT
(Trivalos)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to
purchae Lot 1 Ebk 27, Hale Park Highlands Subdivision,
from Richard A. Trivalos, in the amount of $11,000.00,
and
WHEREAS, said offer has been recommended by the Finance
Committee,
THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the offer to purchase
Lot 1 Block 27, Hale Park Highland Add. #3 , from Richard
A. Trivalos in the amount of $11,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in
the name of the city.
