REJECTION OF OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED
LOT BY WILLIAM P. YEHLE
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer to purchase Lot 11,
Block 16, Fountainwood Add. 113 Subdivision from William P.
Yehle in the amount of $1,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Cmittee has recommended that the
Common Council reject the offer,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby reject the offer to purchase Lot 11, Block 16,
Fountainwood Add. 113 Subdivision, from William P. Yehle
in the amount of $1,000.00.
