I,
AUTHORIZING THE 'CITY'S AUDITORS TO DO
A FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF THE CITY'S
INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been involved in the development
of a city-owned industrial park since 1969, and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the aldermen as well as the
citizens of the community to know the total amounts of money
expended in the development of said park in order to ascertain
whether the projected income from sale of lots is sufficient
to cover the majority of the cost of development, and
WHEREAS, the city's auditors have recommended that an analysis
be made and estimates that the cost would be less than $1,000.00,
and .
WHEREAS, the Finance Cormnittee has recommended that the city's
auditors be authorized to do a financial analysis of the city-
owned industrial park,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of^- does hereby authorize the auditing firm of Connelly,
-"-McDonald Sprague & Company, to do a financial analysis of the
city's industrial park at a cost not to exceed $1,000.00.
