DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS WITHIN THE
COUICCY, WISCONSIN
BC)UNDA.RIE$ OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA
WHEREAS, Section 94.20 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious, and
WHEREAS, Section 94.20 provides that the Common Council, by
resolution, may declare other weeds noxious,
THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, pursuant to Section 94.20 of ,the Wisconsin Statutes,
declares that the following weeds be temed noxious weeds with-
in- thehndaries of .the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin:
Canada Thistle Wild Radish
Perennial Sow Thistle White Cockle
Bull Thistle Yellow Rocket
Cockleburr Ragweed Leafy Spurge English Charlock
Wild Mudtard
Field Bindweed Goatbeard
Poison Ivy
Indian Mustard
