RESOLUTION #64- 76
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Schaefer property-Sec. 24)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Schaefer property, W126 S8557 N. Cape Road in Section 24,
and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the certified survey map to finalize a one parcel division
of said property,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
of a one parcel division of the Schaefer property in Section 24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
