APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Leonard Blattner)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Leonard Blattner property on C.T.H. "00" in Section 24,
and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the one parcel division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
to finalize a one parcel division of the Leonard Blattner
property in Section 24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
