APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Gehring Crane & Hoist Corp.)
(Industrial Park)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one-acre division of property
in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park by Gehring Crane
& Hoist Corporation, and
WHEREAS, said division of property will be known as Lot 11,
Block 5, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has accepted the offer to purchase
said property in the city's Business/Industrial Park, and
0 WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of the one acre division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey
map of a one acre division of property to be known as Lot 11
Block 5, in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park for the
Gehring Crane & Hoist Corporation.
