RESOLUTION #57-76
TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO PARK & RECREATION
CAPITAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 1976 capital budget for the Park and Recreation
Department included $4,000.00 for equipment purchases, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Park and Recreation Department
to purchase lawn mowing equipment and a trailer to facilitate
the care of park grounds, and
WHEREAS, they have requested that monies be provided from
unappropriated surplus until such time as monies for the
city's capital program can be provided, and e WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the city's park maintenance program to purchase the necessary equipment,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby transfer $4,000.00 from Unappropriated.
Surplus to the Park and Recreation capital budget.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when monies for the city's 1976-77
capital program has been received the $4.000.00 shall be
transferred-back i to the unappropriated-surplus fund.
