RESOLUTION #54- 76
ESTABLISHING NEW RATE FOR WEED CUTTING CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego presently cuts noxious weeds
on vacant lands when they are neglected by the property
owner, and
WHEREAS, the present charge for that service is $15.00 per
hour , or lot, whichever is greater, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the rate be changed to $25.00 per hour or vacant lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby establish the following rate to
be charged property owners for the cutting of noxious
weeds when the property owner neglects to do so:
$25.00 per hour, or lot, whichever is greater.
