ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BIDS FOR MILL VALLEY PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has advertised for bids for
the installation of lighting at one of the softball fields at Mill
asphalting of certain areas at Mill Valley, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received along with several alternate
bids which were not accepted:
4 Valley School, the installation of the necessary fencing and the
ELECTRICAL - BASE BID "A"

and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has recommended that the low
bids of Fieldhack Electric Co. in the amount of $19,975.00, Century
Fence Co., in the amount of $4,961.00 and Payne & Dolan in the amount
of $5,585.50 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby accept the following low bids of Fieldhack Electric Co. in the
amount of $19,975.00, Century Fence in the amount of $2,961.00 and Payne
and Dolan in the amount of $5,585.50.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized to execute
the necessary documents in the name of the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of these bids and the author-
ization to begin construction or work is subject to the city selling
the general obligation bonds as provided in Resolution 1/31-76.
