WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has advertised for bids for the

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low bid of
Payne & Dolan for bituminous asphalt in the amount of $11.98 per ton and
Prime & Seal, Inc. for liquid asphalt (SC,MC,RC, and Emulsions - $ .4$9 per
for prime or tacoat at $ .57 per gallon be accepted, and the low bid of
gallsn and pea gravel for $5.20 per ton be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
in the amount of $11.98 per ton and prime or tacoat at $ .57 per gallon
does hereby accept the low bids of Payne & Dolan for bituminous asphalt
and Prime & Seal, Inc. for SC,MC,RC, and Emulsion at $ -459 and pea gravrl
at $5.20 per ton.
