APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council €g finalize a one parcel division of the
Joseph Kelly property on Kelly Drive in Section 9, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of said division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified
survey map to finalize a one parcel division of the Joseph
Kelly property in Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the-city engineer.
