AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO ADVERTLSE FOR BIDS
FOR PHOSPHATE REMOVAL FROM NORTHWEST TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego, because of its continuing interest
in protecting Big Muskego Lake from thg affect$ of the ngrthwest
treatment plant has applied for permissioq to inntall phoephate
removal equipment , and
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resource@ has approved the
recommended system by the city's consulting engineere, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has reconmended that Ruekert & Mielke be authorized to advertise for bid8 for the installation
of said system,
THEkEFOBE. BETT RESOLVED that the Corrqnoq Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Sewer Cormittee, does
hereby authorize the city's consulting engineers, Ruekert &
Mielke, to advertise for bids for the installation of phosphate
removal equipment at the northwest treatment plant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Committee will report the
results of the bidding with their rccommendption bo the Cormnon
Council. n
