AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL (Lane Altman)
WHEREAS, a request has been received from Mr. and Mrs. Lane Altman, ownerg
of Lot 12 Block 7, Muskego Shores Subdivision to be given a refund for
one of the sewer laterals that had been instailed to servetheir property, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the sewer lateral
charge in the amount of $225.00 be refunded to Mr. and Mrs. Altman,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Cormnittee, does hereby approve
of the refunding of a sewer lateral charge in the amount of $225.00 to
Mr. and Mrs. Lane Altman, ownersof Lot 12 Block 7, Muskego Shores Sub-
division, since use of the two lots would not 12 qemitted for building
purposes under the city's Zoning Ordinance.
