APPROVAL FOR PIONEER CENTER - PHASE I1 TO
CONNECT INTO CITY'S SEWER SYSTEM
WHERWS, the City of Muskego has received a request from the
developers of Pioneer Center - Phase I1 for permission to
connect into the city's sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended approval
by the Common Council based on the following reasons:
1. Because single bedroom apartments are needed within a
cmunity .
2. The City of Muskego has received approval of its plans
to equip the oxidation lagoons in the northwest sewage
district with phosphate removal equipment.
3. The amount of sewage generated would be negligible and
have little affect on the quality of treatment.

THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recmendation of the Public Sewer Committee,
does hereby approve of the request of the developers of Pioneer
Center - Phase I1 to connect into the city's sewer system.
BE IT FLJRTHER RESOLVED that this approval is based on a site
and operational plan approved by the Plan Commission on
October 21, 1975
