AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
ZEROX COMPANY AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Finance Cormnittee that
a new and more efficient copy machine is needed to re-
place an older model in the city hall, and
WHEREAS, after discussing the matter with a representative
of the Zerox Company it is their recomnendation that the
city enter into a lease agreement with the Zerox Company
for a new Model 3100 LDC copy machine for a one year
period ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Connnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Clerk and
Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Zerox Company
to provide a Model 3100 LDC copy machine to the city at
a cost of $145.00 per month.
