ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Gehring Crane & Hoist Corp.)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $8,800,00 for the
purchase of Lot 11, Block 5 in the City's Business/ Industrial
Park by Gehring Crane and Hoist Corporation, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
City's Industrial Broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase a parcel
of land (1.1 acres) Lot 11, Block 5, in the city's Business/
Industrial Park from Gehring Crane and Hoist Corporation
for a price of $8;800.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
