DEFERRING THE REQUIREMENT FOR MONUMENTATION
IN KRISTIN DOWNS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the developers of
Kristin Downs Subdivision to defer the requirement for monumen-
tation of that subdivision until construction has been
completed, and
WHEREAS, Section 236.15 (h), Wis. Statutes, provides that the
city may waive the placing of the monuments for a reasonable
time conditioned upon the subdivider executing a surety bond
to insure the monuments are placed within the time required,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, upon the recormendation of the Public
Works Conunittee, defer the placing of the monuments in the
Kristin Downs Subdivision until such time as the proper road
accomplished.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that this approval is conditioned upon
the city receiving a surety bond in the amount of $2500.00.
