APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of status for two one acre
parcels on Racine Avenue in the SE of Section 20, one
owned by Carl Posbrig and one owned by the Ervin Posbrig
Estate, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
-Commission, does hereby approve of the legal status for
two one acre parcels on Racine Avenue in the SE 2 of
Section 20, one owned by Carl Posbrig and one owned by
the Ervin Posbrig Estate.
