APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF HEATHER
RIDGE ESTATES
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, Heather Ridge Estates, a subdivision located in the
Town of Vernon and within the extra-territorial plat
approval jurisdiction of the City of Muskego has been sub-
mitted to the city for final approval, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comnission has recommended approval of
the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Commorl Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Comnissioni, does hereby give approval of the final plat
of~Heather Ridge E-states, a subdivision located in the
Town of Vernon.
