AUTHORIZING THE CITY'S FINANCIAL CONSULTANT TO
PREPARE FOR THE BORROWING OF $1,400,000.00
(General Obligation Bonds)
WHEREAS, the city will need funds to complete its Capital
Improvement Program for 1976, and
WHEREAS, the city's financial consultant has recommended that
because of the favorable bond market the city should consider
borrowing sufficient monies for its Capital Improvement
Program for 1976 and 1977, and
WHEREAS, the Capital Budget Committee has recommended the
sale of General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $1,400,000.00
and the Finance Cmittee has concurred with this recommendation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the city's financial con-
sultant to prepare the necessary material needed for the sale
of $1,400,000.00 in General Obligation Bonds.
