ACCEPTING BUILDING PLANS FOR NEW
POLICE FACILITY
WHEREAS, the Building Committee of the Common Council has
met with the architects of the proposed police facility,
and
WHEREAS, they have recommended that the Common Council approve
of site and building plans of a police facility amounting
to an estimated cost of $375,752.00, and
WHEREAS, they have further recommended that the Council
direct the architects to develop rhe necessary construction
plans and further that the capital budget for that facility
be increased from $350,000.00 to $375,752.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Building Committee,
does hereby approve o,€ the building and site plans for the
new police facility as prepared by Rugg - Knopp - Lambert, Inc.,
and does hereby authorize them to begin preparation of the
necessary construction plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it would be the intent 66 the Common
Council to increase the capital budget for 1.976 by $25,752.00.
