(AS AMENDED)
EXTENDING HOURS OF SHOOTING FOR BIG MUSKEG0
GUN CLUB FOR SPECIAL SHOOTING CONTESTS
WHEREAS, a request has been received from Mr. Richard Bennett,
operator of the Big Muskego Gun Club, to begin special shooting
contests at 9:OO A.M. on the following dates:
Sunday; September 12th
and
WHEREAS, Ordinance #231, As Amended, adopted by the Common
,Council on September 12th, 1972, established hours for trap
shooting from 1O:OO A.M. to 10:30 P.M. unless specifically
authorized by the Common Council for special contests, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that Mr.
Bennett's request be approved,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of Richard Bennett to
begin his special shooting contests on the above dates at
9:OO A.M.
