ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO 'PURCHAsE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the City has received an offer of $13,224.00 for
the purchase of Lot 4 Block 2 in the City's Business/
Industrial Park by Elmer Tinti, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by
the City's industrial broker, E. M, Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase a
oarcel of land (1.653 acres) Lot 4 Block 2 in the city's
business/industrial park from Elmer Tinti for a price of
$13,224.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to exe.cute the necessary documents in the name
of the city.
